Janet Crossland joined the District as Treasurer in 1982. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Professional Accounting and holds a Washington State Certified Public Accountant certificate. 

Ms. Crossland has been active on the accounting/finance committees of numerous electrical industry trade associations, including the Northwest Public Power Association and the Washington PUD Association, and served eight terms as Treasurer of the local Kiwanis. She also owns and operates a successful cattle ranch.
