The Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County will be attending a groundbreaking ceremony for the Pateros/Twisp 115 kV Transmission Line Project on Friday, April 1, 2016 beginning at 11:00 a.m.  The ceremony will be held at the Gold Creek Substation site located between Carlton and Pateros, Washington.
