There will be a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 beginning at 3:30 p.m. in the PUD auditorium located at 1331 Second Avenue North in Okanogan.  The agenda for this meeting is as follows:
