Allen Allie has been employed with the district since 2005. Originally hired as a systems engineer, Allen moved to construction design manager in 2012 and engineering manager in 2020.

Allen has over 29 years of experience with both private and public electric utilities in the design, construction and operations. Allen currently provides the district with management of the engineering and construction design departments, overseeing budgeting, planning, customer and district project design and construction. Prior to joining the district, Allen spent 14 years as an engineering consultant providing design, project management, software development/training and staff management for projects from 4kV-500kV in various transmission, distribution and substation projects.

Allen was raised in Oroville where he now lives with his wife Kerrie and son Carson.
