SmartHub is Okanogan PUD’s free online bill payment system that will be launched on October 3, 2016, replacing the current e-bill system. SmartHub lets you manage all aspects of your utility account online or with your mobile device.

SmartHub provides 24-hour access to customer accounts and sends an email notification when a new electric bill is generated. SmartHub allows you to pay electronically using a Visa, MasterCard or electronic check, and displays current and historical billing information and payment history. Furthermore, SmartHub outlines energy usage in graphs and includes a free app for your smartphone or tablet, which enables you to pay your bill and view usage at any time.

If you are new to paying your bill online, you will need to create a SmartHub account.  Creating a SmartHub account takes a few minutes. A link will be available on our website at www.okanoganpud.org. For any questions you have about the SmartHub online bill pay system or if you need assistance signing up for the program, please call your local branch office: Brewster (509) 689-2502, Twisp (509) 997-2526, Okanogan (509) 422-3310, Omak (509) 422-8380, Tonasket (509) 486-2131 and Oroville (509) 476-3531.
