Bill Colyar was chosen by the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Monday, October 23, 2017, to fill the remainder of the current term of the District #2 position, ending December 31, 2018.  Bill is a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer with the US Navy where he served 27 years.
