There are on-line bill pay websites that appear to be affiliated with Public Utility District #1 of Okanogan County, but they are not.  Doxo.com is one of the third-party websites that will allow you to pay your bill, via their site.  However, doxo.com may charge you extra fees for that service, and Okanogan County PUD cannot control when we will receive your payment from doxo.com, or any third-party payment processor.  This may result in your payment being late, or your service being disconnected due to non-payment.  To make sure you’re paying Okanogan County PUD directly, visit our website, www.okanoganpud.org, and pay via our SmartHub online bill payment portal at okanoganpud.smarthub.coop.

As always, if you receive suspicious phone calls or emails, from someone claiming to be a representative of Okanogan County PUD, please call us directly at 509-422-3310 or 1-800-922-7011.
