There will be a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, commencing at 5:30 p.m. in the District’s Auditorium located at 1331 Second Avenue North in Okanogan, Washington.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed Design-Build Agreement for the Enloe Dam Hydroelectric Project.

The special meeting will also include an executive session to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g), and to discuss with legal counsel representing the District legal risks of current or proposed action, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i).  The executive session is expected to last one hour, with no action anticipated.
