Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County (District) Board of Commissioners authorized Interim General Manager Don Coppock to sign a contract for Phase 1 of the Enloe Hydroelectric Project (Project) on Monday, April 9th. The contract, in a not to exceed amount of $1,794,346, was authorized after several months of review with Design-Build contractor Max J. Kuney Co. (Kuney) of Spokane, WA in partnership with Tetra Tech, Inc. of Bellevue, WA.
