There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 beginning at 8:00 a.m. in the PUD upstairs Board Room located at 1331 2nd Avenue North in Okanogan. The special meeting will immediately reconvene into executive session to discuss legal counsel representing the District litigation or potential litigation to which the District, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the District, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i).

The executive session is expected to last 90 minutes, with no action anticipated.
