Be on alert for a new scam targeting PUD customers. The recent threat comes from a computer pop-up message asking customers to click on a link to participate in an opinion survey in return for a reward. Please be advised that these messages are not from Okanogan County PUD.

If you would like to verify the status of your account, you may call the Okanogan PUD at 509-422-3310 or 1-800-992-7011.  You may also report suspicious calls or emails to the lead agencies investigating nationwide scams: The Washington State Attorney General’s Office at 1-800-551-4636 or the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357.
