There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Thursday, June 25, 2015 beginning at 3:30 p.m. in the PUD upstairs Board Room located at 1331 2nd Avenue North in Okanogan. The meeting is being held for the purpose of taking action as outlined in the attached agenda and for the purpose of holding an executive session to discuss with legal counsel representing the District Litigation or potential litigation to which the District, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the District, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i).
