PUD No. 1 of Okanogan County General Manager John Grubich has submitted a letter to Omak Chronicle Editor Roger Harnack in response to an editorial recently published in The Chronicle.

In his letter, Grubich refers to articles in local newspapers. To view those articles posted with permission granted, please click on the below links. The Omak Chronicle article has been removed at the request of the Chronicle editor.
