Customers who frequent the Okanogan office now have the option of paying their electric bills on a touch-screen kiosk located at the front counter.  The kiosk, which looks similar to a small flat screen TV, allows you to enter your account number and swipe your credit/debit card or pay by e-check, thereby paying your bill with a few quick taps of your finger.  When your transaction is complete, you will get a printed receipt.

The kiosk is part of a pilot program to determine our customers’ interest in paying their bills through such a device.  If customers find they like the ease with which they can pay through these computers, perhaps kiosks can be placed in other locations.
