An incorrect reporting on page A-12 of the April 23, 2014 edition of The Chronicle states that a six-hour power outage is scheduled for Friday morning so Okanogan County Public Utility District can perform maintenance on optical fiber infrastructure. Please note this information is incorrect. This outage is for fiber maintenance only – it does not affect electric customers. Correct information on this outage can be found on the Okanogan PUD website.
