There will be a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Monday, December 12, 2022, commencing at 2:00 p.m. in the District’s Board Room at 1331 Second Avenue North in Okanogan, Washington.

The special meeting is being held to conduct an executive session to discuss with legal counsel representing the District legal risks of proposed action and potential litigation under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) and also evaluation of public employee under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g). The executive session is expected to last one hour, with no action anticipated.
