There will be a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, commencing at 12:00 p.m. in the District’s Board Room at 1331 Second Avenue North in Okanogan, Washington. The special meeting is being held to discuss entering into an agreement with NoaNet for participation in an auction for a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license and to conduct an executive session to discuss with legal counsel representing the District legal risks of the proposed action under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). Action is anticipated.
