Okanogan County PUD offices will be closed to both public and staff on all Fridays in the months of May (May 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29) and June (5, 12, 19 and 26)  as additional cleaning and sterilizing of facilities occur. Staff will not be available via phone or email those two days except in case of an emergency.

As “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” directives continue, the PUD continues to provide minimal essential services while limiting exposure for staff and customers. Some staff members have been reporting to their offices to continue providing services for customers via phone and email, even though offices have been closed to the public since March 17.

Staff will be working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday during the months of May and June. Customer services are available during those hours via phone and email. The four-day schedule could be continued beyond those weeks, depending on directives from state and county officials. Updates will be posted on the district website and Facebook.

Emergency services continue to be available 24/7 through the usual channels.

Customers with any questions should contact PUD offices during the modified business hours to discuss service orders, work out payment arrangements, etc.
