Okanogan County PUD offices will be closed to both public and staff on both Friday, April 24, and Friday, May 1, as additional cleaning and sterilizing of facilities occur. Staff will not be available via phone or email those two days except in case of emergency.

As “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” directives continue, the PUD continues to provide minimal essential services while limiting exposure for staff and customers. Some staff members have been reporting to their offices to continue providing services for customers via phone and email, even though offices have been closed to the public since March 17.

Staff will be working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday for the weeks of April 20 and April 27, alternating shifts to keep numbers of those responding to work at a minimum. Customer services are available during those hours via phone and email. Any additional schedule changes will be announced as directives change.

Emergency services continue to be available 24/7 through the usual channels.

Customers with any questions should contact PUD offices during the modified business hours to discuss service orders, work out payment arrangements, etc.
