Due to recent state declarations to minimize the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), the Okanogan County PUD offices will be closed to the public on March 17 until further notice.

We ask that customers use alternate methods of payment:

  • Leave a payment in one of the PUD’s drop boxes at our offices. Please do NOT leave cash.
  • Pay online at www.okanoganpud.org or through the SmartHub app.
  • Mail payments to P.O. Box 912, Okanogan, WA, 98840.
  • Call (833) 890-9505 to pay by phone.

For other inquiries, customers can call our office at 509-422-3310 or 800-922-7011 and calls will be directed to the appropriate person. Those concerned about payment arrangements should ask for customer service. Staff will be available to conduct business over the phone or via email. Crews will continue to provide outage response.

A phone-in option will be provided for members of the public interested in listening to public board meetings.

Okanogan PUD will continue to monitor restrictions and recommendations from state and local health and public safety leaders. As situations change, the district will update customers on the district’s website and Facebook page, among other channels.
