As a power utility, the Okanogan County PUD provides critical services to homes, schools, hospitals – everyone. Therefore, in an abundance of caution to minimize exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) for both staff and community, the district has decided to close its auditorium to public use, including PUD-hosted events.

Offices remain open to customers on regular business. However, the district encourages anyone who hasn’t signed up for SmartHub to sign up and make payments electronically, either online or via a smartphone app. The district also offers a pay-by-phone option at 1-833-890-9505.

The PUD will continue to share updates on their website, Facebook page and with media outlets if any additional cautionary measures are taken.
