Okanogan, WA. The purpose of the special meeting is to hold a management workshop between the Board, the General Manager, and management staff. Topics of discussion may include district growth, power supply, broadband, rate stabilization, line extension, construction work plan, offices, warehouse, fleet maintenance, system reliability, cybersecurity, communications, and conservation department.
