    All Okanogan County PUD offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, for Independence Day. Have a safe 4th of July weekend.

    3:11 pm update: Repairs have been made and power restored to all customers. If you have not gotten power back, please call the outage numbers at 509-422-3310 or 1-800-922-7011. Thank you. The Ellisforde substation is currently down. Crews are en-route and will restore power as soon as possible. No timeline available at this time.

    There is a pole fire on Koala Avenue in Omak causing outages. Crews are isolating the area to get power back to as many locations as possible, but there could be up to a four hour time period for some, until the pole can be repaired. Please know the crews will work as fast as possible to get your power back on.

    For the next six weeks, the Okanogan County PUD will have a contracting crew inspecting power poles in the Twisp, Twisp River, and Carlton areas. Power poles are required to be tested for safety and utility maintenance of poles.

    All PUD offices will be closed on Monday, May 27th, in observance of Memorial Day. Crews are always available in case of outages; our dispatch numbers on weekends and holidays are 1-509-422-3310 or 1-800-922-7011. If the lines are busy, please try again. During big outages, our phone lines are flooded with calls. Payment options are available online, by phone, through Smarthub, and in drop boxes at each PUD location. Have a safe Memorial Day Weekend.
